I've been on the Empire Bike Trail for a few days and needed to wash my clothes badly.  This spot is highly recommended.  Very clean and spacious and it offers coin and soup dispensers.

The lady that works there at night is horrible she’s rude to customers every single time we go there. .from now on I’ll spend my money elsewhere. Worst Landry mat I have ever been to. She’s so upset over having customers then maybe no one should spend their money there clearly she doesn’t realize her income comes from us customers it’s very unprofessional of her to argue with customers and be rude to a 9 year old kid telling him to move she’s lucky I wasn’t there she would have gotten a beat down for that alone. .

place is pretty much always clean. Machines work great. Takes dollar coins and quarters. change machine will take up to a $20 bill. TV while you wait. Nice place

This place is relatively new so the place is clean and the machines work well. There is ample room and tables to fold your clothes there. I would have given this place a 5 star rating but the machines are more expensive than some other local places.

I just had another positive experience with New Process Dry Cleaners.   They definitely know how to clean quality items, return time is quick, and the service is friendly.   So pleased!

No major complaints. Very friendly staff. The turn around time on basic laundering could be a bit better but thats a minor critique. The prices are great and thats key these days. I was slightly upset some stuff came back a bit wrinkled as that was my purpose for the cleaning but again a minor complaint. Overall great local business! A+++

First time here and dryers were dirty , it stained all my clothes, but ok this week clothes got removed from dryer, to steal my time while I waited in the car, Amsterdam New York for 🫵🏽

We used Advanced Cleaning to clean our ducts and furnace. They were very easy to work with. They returned all phone calls and answered all questions. The two two men who came to do the work were extremely respectful and pleasant. They did a great job and I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Very filthy place. The owner doesn't give a crap about it or it's appearance or smell. There's bugs and mice all over the place. Half theachines are never working. Take care of it or shut it down. Absolute filth!

For a laundry mat that used to be privately owed, since it's been bought by the current owners/business,  it has gone WAY down hill. At least 50% of the washers were out of order, many, a good portion of the heavy duty ones to wash large loads were broke and out of order. Machine took half my $ then wouldn't take anymore cash nor accept 4 different credit cards in card reader. So, stole $ and couldn't use machine. They took out 2 dryers, put in a panel wall with a 3rd change machine. How can you do laundry with machines NOT WORKING!!

the machine card payments don't work typically. Come prepared to smell body odor. No other options in the area for laundry mats that I'm aware of.

Could be a little more clean on the inside and parking lot. Most of the washer were out of order . So they should stay on top of the . It was hard for me to get washer or dryer when I am standing there waiting on someone to take their clothes out. The one feature I do like is that some of the washer and dryers take debit/credit card.

The laundromat is filthy and very smelly . Robinson and Smith would be disgusted that they sold this place to century . Also doesn’t century have laundry contracts with the hospitals. I would hate to see how they clean hospital linens with a laundromat this disgusting

Its been years since ive been there, but i still remember.  Its something that you cant forget.

Rolled in at 2:14 AM with a duffel bag full of regrets and three pairs of tactical cargo pants still haunted by the smell of expired gasoline and betrayal.

The air inside smelled like Snuggle sheets and lightly suppressed trauma. Lady behind the counter handed me 4 quarters and a stare that said, “You got demons. But the big washer’s open.”

I loaded my sins into the industrial Whirlpool like it was a confessional. Watched the spin cycle while pondering the weight of my decisions and whether I’d ever emotionally reconnect with my dog.

A man named Dusty folded his towels without breaking eye contact. He never blinked. Pretty sure he’s been here since 1997. Might be the guardian of the quarter machine.

Midway through drying, the fluorescent lights flickered. I heard a whisper from Dryer #3 say, “You’re not done yet.”

Left at 3:41 AM with clean dubs, clear mind, and a phone number written in permanent marker on a dryer sheet that simply said:
“Call if the squirrels find you again.”

Would return.

I travel all over the country for work, I see a lot of laundromats and although it does have kind of a smell, I feel people in this area should feel lucky that they keep the cost lower and in my experience only two of the machines were down (washing)
Overall a four-star all my clothes came out clean and the dryers worked very well. For under $7I washed all my weeks clothing.

Due to water main break at my usual laundry I came here and spent $11.25 for three washers. The washers don’t wring out the water, leaving clothes sitting in 5 inches of dirty water. Had to transport soaking wet dripping clothes. No contact info anywhere in building. I left a note in their mailbox and I emailed them twice and no response!! I want a refund of my $11.25! Plus bathroom was locked!! Will never go there again and if anyone has any other contact info to the operators please let me know!! Horrible, dirty nasty place

Overall good place to go and wash clothes. Cheap as well. Only downside is the washers sometimes stop and your clothes end up not washing while you’re gone. We’ve even stayed to listen for the washer to start and yet it stopped while we were gone.

I did really like this place when they first opened but it’s gone down hill. Was just there to do some wash and there are more broken machines than working and the ones that do work are pretty gross I there is at least one that  charges you$3.00 for choosing a different wash When the rest charge a .25. Doesn’t seem like anyone has much invested in this place other than trying to make a quick buck..ultimately I would suggest going anywhere else

I called they could not understand nor explain the very strong smell of what is like a FAB softener, not sure why because they have dry cleaned the suit and a blanket before. Trying by phone but he just hung up on me. I paid by visa I m as y have them stop p as yment, I fesrcthis well will be too deep in the fibers.

This business is a great resource for the area. Any article that I have taken there has come home clean; like brand new. The proprietor is cheerful, polite and friendly. The other feature I really like is: the work is on site, by the business owner, not shipped elsewhere for anonymous service. Prices are competitive as well! I highly recommend this shop!

Just took a wool blanket to this cleaner because of pet hair and was told they couldn't clean it because there's to much hair guess they only take clean items to clean
